Daiwa 22 Exist, Air Drive Design 2022- High-end Daiwa spinning, Oct 30 price lowered!

All New 22 Exist boasts owner's satisfaction. Exist reels are assembled only by Daiwa Technical Meisters who has passed in-house tests. Maintenance also will be done by SLPW special Meisters. New Exist is developed under Air Drive Design, in which you may manipulate the spinning reel at your will, and rotor acceralates fast, stops fast, and you feel any signals through it. It also remove line troubles to your fishing better experiences. By employing Monocoque bodies and Tough Digi Gears, previous 18Exist already had very light weight in gear box, and Daiwa upgrades new Exist by following 4 key features.
They are Air Drive Rotor, Air Drive Bail, Air Drive Spool and Air Drive Shaft. With these 4, front section of Exist is now lighter to have better balance as well. Air Drive Roter is made of Zaion, reinforced carbon plastic, and Daiwa re-designed it to have the same strength as previous Exist to remove its weight by 16%. Bail wire is re-designed to remove weight by 33%, and remove line tangles better. Air Drive Spool has further machined spool body, and its plain surface cause no line problems. It now has Long Cast ABS spool edge design to cast 5% longer. Spool bottom has a little protrusion to prevent lines to fall under spool. In Air Drive Shaft system, main shaft doesn't contact with pinion gear inside, and it is held by high-precision collars on body at two points to remove friction, especially at load. This is the upgrade from Linear Shaft System on the 18 Exist.

Other features.
Metal Monocoque body holds mecanical inside steady, while offering large inner space for over-sized gears, providing more efficient gearing.
Tough Digi Gear is made from cold forged extra strong duralumin, machined to make more precise, smooth gear teeth. The strong gears offer superior smoothness and longer life.
Magseals are now at 4 points, rotor top, line roller and drive gear sides to offer extended durability.
2 ball bearing Twist Buster 3 line roller, which has a new groove at roller, keeping lines straight without twist. ATD Type-L drag system, which offers more stable drag force at line acceleration than regular ATD, which offers increasing drag when lines are pulled faster. Saltwater resistant bearing, CRBB offer extended life. With these features Exist is the best light weight spinning feel for freshwater and light saltwater fishing. PC lines are power custom models with larger gear box. Handle knobs, LT2000S-LT2500S I shaped knob, PC LT2500-LT4000 T shaped knob, LT5000 aluminum round knob. Accepts SLPW EX spools. Saltwater fine. Made in Japan
