Shimano Sephia is premium light-weight finesse spinning for both saltwater and freshwater.
The light-weight Ci4+ carbon material rotor gives Sephia quite sharp stop and go acceleration. All ball bearings are ARB, corrosion-resistant. Spool edge is tapered to offer the longest casting distance.
The EVA rubber grip/s are comfortable even it is wet. The drag capacity 9kg is the largest among 2500 reels from Shimano.
DH models have double pad handles, removing wobble in cranking, and you may sense the slightest signal.
