North X Shell spoons have been developed to catch retuning Chum Salmon from shore in Hokkaido, Japan. There Chum are waiting for the time to run, and they do not much chase lures. These heavy weight spoons attached with bobbers to slow the retrieve speed are used to catch Chum.
