Shimano Exsence DC SS is saltwater fine DC bait caster in 150 size, a smaller brother of 20 Curado DC 200 reels, and brake modified version of 21 Scorpion DC. It is specifically designed to cast around 7-28g, 1/4-1oz minnow and vibration baits with braided lines for seabass fishing. Compared to its brother Scorpion DC, this Exsence DC SS has modified brake system specifically for the aimed baits, and the brake casts better due to its tuned brake for the less air-dragging baits. i-DC4 brake offers simple 4 dial settings. They are 1, 2, 3 and F. From 1 to 3, increasing brake, are for braided lines and nylon lines. F is for fluorocarbon lines to have the most brake.
Body is made of aluminum alloy to offer solid performances. Spool size 34mm dia x 25mm wide.
