Tuning handles for Daiwa and ABU bait casting reels
Handles on this page accept 8mm main shaft, which is employed on Daiwa and ABU bait casters.Shimano Conquest, TE and TE-GT in 300/301, 400/ 401 have 8mm shaft, and handles on this page fit. Please purchase M8 hooded nut. Shimano stock nut is 11mm hex size and won't fit with the retainers coming with handles.
*1 For Daiwa with 12mm handle screw models, please choose SCR model or purchase either of DS 10mm screw for ZPI handles, or Handle Screw 10mm for other handles. 12mm screws are on: Steez EX100XS/HS, Ryoga JDM, Daiwa-Z JDM, Zillion J Dream, Zillion PESP and etc. Handle is fastened by handle screws with 12mm heads, which do not fit to 10mm retainers of tuning handles.

How to change knobs, knob compatibility

DRT Varial custom handle 87mm (without center nut) Limited offer!
DRT Varial handles are full machined heavy duty handles for big baits. Handle plate is quite thick 6mm at center to offer SOLID cranking. Stiff rubber knobs are large enough to grip firmly. Accept straight star up to 27mm radius, and sway back star drags. DRT Handle center nut is not included, and please purchase at least one or you may not fit the handle to reels. DRT replacement flat knob rubber is fitting to this 87mm handle. Made in Japan

DRT Varial Custom handle 140-150 single power handle (without center nut)
DRT Varial single power handle for giant swim baits. Knob is single flat DRT knob. You may change the radius of the handle by changing the direction of the center components from 70mm to75mm (diameters from 140mm to 150mm) to suite the best for your heavy swim baits. Counter balancer is adjustable for distance to match. DRT Handle center nut is not included, and please purchase at least one or you may not fit the handle to reels. Comes with washers and the wrench for the center nut. The wrench cover with DRT logo on the photo is not included to this kit, or it is not sold separately.

Avail Retainer 12.5 for ABU 4000-6000

Livre handle nuts
These are the center nuts for Livre handles. Please specify 7mm/8mm shaft size, Right/Left handle, and color. 7mm fits to 50-250 Shimano bait casters. 8mm fits to Daiwa/ABU and Shimano Conquest 300/400 models. Daiwa B1 SCR fits to Daiwa with hex head screw center nuts, for example Steez, Zillion TW, Tatula HD, Ryoga, Z2020. These nuts also fit to DRT handles. CBF nuts are machined more to remove weight.

ZPI DS10mm screw
This small head 10mm handle screw allows you install ZPI tuning handles to Daiwa reels with 12mm head screws. Its hex head is thick and fit well with locking screws of ZPI handles. It doesn't fit well with retainer washers of tuning handles, as lower part of hex head is round and it won't lock with retainer. Fits to JDM Daiwa Ryoga 1016-2020, JDM Daiwa Z, JDM Daiwa Zillion J Dream.
